We are bringing the taste of Texas to Michiana. Our inspiration stems from memories from my childhood. The sounds of a mortar & pestle remind me of my great Abuela grinding corn to make fresh corn tortillas. Or the smell of wood smoking… reminding me of my uncles joking around a grill waiting for the wood to burn down to a comfortable flame to cook for the family. The smell of heated and ground chile guajillo and cumin turn my salivary glands on like a faucet. Traditions are built from good experiences and that’s what we are looking to build with you. We use good farm grown meat and high-quality vegetables because that is what we are used to. We take our time and focus on your experience because, well, that’s what our family would’ve done if you came over to eat. We use grills and smokers because… you know, thats how they do it in Texas.

Our catering services are available to Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana. We cater for events of 20+ people and provide drop and full catered services. We cook to order and pride ourselves in being able to work with any budget. From Super Bowl parties to weddings we'll make sure your guests are fed and satisfied. Smoked breast area of the cow trimmed and generously rubbed with crushed black pepper and sea salt; smoked for roughly 15 hours using a hickory oak mix; sliced providing both lean and savory sections of the brisket; priced per whole brisket that feeds approx. 12
Leg quarters brined and rubbed with a four spice blend, smoked for 4 hours using hickory wood and finished over grill coals; priced per 10 leg quarters that feeds approx. 10
Pork shoulder generously rubbed with our hog rub and smoked for roughly 15 hours using a hickory oak mix; pulled and provided without sauce; priced per half tray feeds 12
A three cut pork blend in natural casing; 6 southern spice blend; smoked for 3 hours using hickory wood and finished over grill coals; priced per half tray that feeds approx. 10
Pork Spare Ribs
Trimmed spare ribs with tips attached or detached; rubbed with a 6 spice blend and smoked for 5 hours using a hickory and cherry wood blend; priced per 2 full rack that feeds approx. 8
Nicely marbled and very meaty rib of the cow; generously rubbed with fresh ground pepper and sea salt; smoked for roughly 10 hours using hickory wood; priced per rack that feeds 4
Baby Back Ribs
Trimmed baby backs rubbed with a 6 spice blend; smoked for 5 hours using a hickory and oak wood blend; priced per 3 full racks and feeds approx. 10

Texas Street Corn
Corn on the cob fire grilled, deconstructed and sautéed with red onions, garlic and combined with cilantro, mayo, Texas spices, lime juice and cotija cheese; priced per half tray that feeds approx. 20
Jalapeno Corn Bread
Southern style corn bread baked with freshly diced jalapenos; priced per half tray which contains 12 sliced portions
Smoked ham hocks slow cooked with pinto beans; seasoned with fresh garlic and a 4 spice blend; finished with chopped cilantro and onions; we can make this spicy using serrano or jalapeno peppers by request; priced per half tray that feeds approx. 15
Elbow macaroni tossed with monterrey jack, goat cheese, roasted green chiles and a 3 spice blend; topped with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs then baked until bubbly; priced in half trays that feeds approx. 12

Diced roma tomatoes, chopped onions and cilantro tossed with light lime juice and seasoning; we can add serrano or jalapeno peppers by request; priced per 1/3 of a tray
Pickles and Onions
This is a Texas BBQ staple; sandwich or not your meat is always plated with pickles and onions; you get 1/3 tray roughly chopped white onions and 1/3 tray kosher pickle slices
